Strategic Implementation plan
A strategic implementation plan is a comprehensive action plan that outlines every task a company would need to execute to achieve success. The key reasoning for using this strategy is to identify any possible shortcomings or obstacles that could occur during our implementation of a company’s business strategy. This strategy will allow an entrepreneur to identify possible risks and the ability to create alternate solutions. Strategic management is an ongoing process that assesses the industries in which the company is involved.
Work Plan
Work plan is a schedule of events or tasks that must be complete prior to starting the next stage of the business plan and/or strategy. For instance, a company cannot have any of their marketing material printed before the artwork is designed. This plan helps an entrepreneur to plan accordingly with understanding of how much time is needed to implement each task. It is very narrow in focus and deals with day-to-day operational activities such as scheduling criteria. It must operate within a budget but is not at liberty to adjust or create that budget
