Marketing Plans
A marketing plan is the company’s method to change the behavior of consumers to make them purchase the company’s product and/or services. A marketing plan can be part of an overall business plan, but can still be designed independently of the company’s strategy. However, a solid marketing plan is the foundation of a strong organization. A marketing plan should include an executive summary, SWOT (spell this out) analysis, positioning, marketing mix, and financial strategies.
